Reactive extrusion of polymer blends.

The research of this thesis describes the use of an extruder as a reactor for the improvement of the mechanical properties of various blends. These are bled of virgin materials, but also belds from polymer waste streams. The effects of different additives and various extruder parameters on the process and product properties are determined.
